ORDERING You can place an order by emailing us at Matt.Harding@earthlink.net We will ship as soon as possible, but it may take a couple days (or a little longer if we are out of town. We are a small family run, home business.) We will try to meet your shipping deadline requests. Please give us plenty of lead time. EXAM AND REVIEW COPIES Just let us know and we will gladly send a copy out, free of charge, for your perusal. SHIPPING AND HANDLING We send wholesale shipments via UPS. You will be charged for the actual UPS shipping costs that we incur. We can ship Media Mail book rate upon request PAYMENT Full payment is due within 30 days. RETURNS We don't allow returns of unsold books, but will gladly accept returns of defective books (which will be replaced with new books immediately after we receive the defective ones).
