We will ship as soon as possible, but it may take a couple days (or a
little longer if we are out of town. We are a small family run, home
business.)

We will try to meet your shipping deadline requests. Please give us
plenty of lead time.

Or you can order direct through Ingram or Baker and Taylor.

EXAM AND REVIEW COPIES

Just let us know and we will gladly send a copy out, free of charge, for
your perusal.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We send wholesale shipments via UPS. You will be charged for the
actual UPS shipping costs that we incur. We can ship Media Mail book
rate upon request

PAYMENT

Full payment is due within 30 days from the actual date of shipment.
Thank you for paying your bills on time.

RETURNS

We don't allow returns of unsold books, but will gladly accept returns
of defective books (which will be replaced with new books
immediately after we receive the defective ones). If your books are
damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company (UPS) right
away.

PRICE DISCOUNT FOR RETAILERS
(please send us a copy of your reseller license.)

We offer a 40% discount on book quantities under 10, a 50% discount
on book quantities 10 to 39, and a 55% discount on quantities 40 plus.

We offer a 50% discount on the Chronology Chart (minimum quantity
10). The Chronology Chart is not available through Ingram or other
distributors, it must be ordered direct through us.
